The Umi London smartphone features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display. The device is powered by a MTK6580 processor clocked at a speed of 1.3GHz paired with Mali-400 MP graphics processing unit. It is equipped with 1GB of RAM onboard and comes with a built-in 8 GB internal memory storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card.
UMi London runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. It is backed by a 2050 mAh capacity battery inside. The device sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies and video calls.
Interestingly, UMi claims that this device can survive a drop from a height of up to 6 meters with its London protector technology and a drop of 1.5 meters without the protection. UMi calls this shock absorption technology the DG Twin Shield. The technology uses a combination of glass and 3-meter double-coated foam tape, which absorbs the shock and prevents the phone from damage when it falls.
