Online retailing website GearBest has announced that Meizu's latest device - the Meizu MX6 smartphone - is now available for pre-order on its official website for $359 (approximately 2,389 Yuan / Rs. 23,948). The Meizu MX6 smartphone will feature a MediaTek Helio X20 deca-core processor and a massive 4GB RAM onboard.

The current listings of the pre-ordered Meizu MX6 units will be shipped to various countries starting Sept. 1 next month. The device will be available in four colors - silver, gold, gray, and pink.

The Meizu MX6 smartphone feature a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display screen. The device is powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor clocked at a speed of 2.3GHz, paired with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. It comes with a huge 4GB of RAM onboard. It has a built-in 32GB internal memory storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.

The Meizu MX6 sports a 12-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies. The device runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box coupled with Meizu's Flyme 5.5 user interface on top. The device is backed by a 3,060 mAh capacity battery that supports the company's latest fast charging technology.

Additional features the device offers include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, USB Type-C connectivity, fingerprint sensor, dual-SIM dual standby support, 2G Network GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, 3G: WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100 MHz, and 4G: FDD-LTE 1800/2100/2600 MHz. The smartphone measure a body dimension of 153.6 x 75.2 x 7.3 mm and weighs 155 grams.
