Hebei China Fortune has dropped from its lofty top two porch in the overall standings after being winless in six of their last seven matches. They had only won two of their last nine games, which had the team stumbling at fifth place, 15 points behind league leaders Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao FC with only nine games left this term.

The Samba Kings were held to a 1-1 draw by bottom two club Shijiazhuang Ever Bright FC on the road at the Yutong International Sports Center on July 31, as per Soccerway.

Hebei's Brazilian striker Aloisio managed to open the scoring at the 50th minute after the two teams failed to break the deadlock in the first half, but the score was equalized by his countryman Matheus with a penalty kick at the 79th to salvage the draw.

Meanwhile, Liaoning Whowin had been inconsistent in their past six assignments, registering two wins, two losses, and two draws in the said time span.

Their most recent match was a 2-2 tie with another reeling squad, Tianjin Teda FC, also on July 31 at the Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium, via Xinhuanet.

Tianjin's Hu Rentian scored the opening goal at the fifth minute, but Liaoning striker James Chamanga was able to unleash two straight goals at the ninth and 27th minutes to take back the lead for head coach Ma Lin's side.

However, Rentian netted his second goal of the night right at the stroke of full time to preserve the draw and a share of a point in the standings.

Liaoning is currently at the 10th spot in the league table.

The predicted result is a 1-0 win for Hebei China Fortune.
