A new poster has surfaced claiming that the Meizu Pro 7 smartphone would hit the market on Sept. 13. Meizu is yet to confirm this.
According to Giz China, some believe that the leak is part of Meizu's marketing plan. The hype surrounding the device is so great that many believe that it would be the next big thing on the market.

The Meizu Pro 7 is expected to sport a Samsung Exynos 8890 chipset, and 2K display with curved sides, like the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The Pro 7 is also expected to have a 12-megapixel rear facing camera, a 5-megapixel front facing shooter and 4GB of RAM. There are speculations that the device would have at least 32GB of storage space with support for expansion through microSD cards.
Although the Meizu Pro 7 is widely held to sport curved side display, it is curved unlikely to function the same way as the curved display of the Galaxy S7 Edge (which shows notifications and other user data). It is likely that the upcoming flagship device from Meizu will sport a dual camera configuration, according to leaked renders.
The leaked renders also revealed that the Meizu Pro 7 would have the same antenna design and LED flash as its predecessor, the Pro 6. More information about the Meizu Pro 7 is expected to be unveiled at the IFA 2016 conference next month.
