Gov. Jay Nixon has issued a curfew for the community of Ferguson, MO as chaos returned to the streets early Saturday with hundreds of angered protestors continuing to clash with police officers following the shooting of unarmed black teen Michael Brown last week.

New information from documents that were received by The Associated Press now say the teenager who shot another student to death in Arapahoe High School Dec 13, initially put out death threats but wasn’t considered a high threat and was allowed to return to class.

However, the group came to the wrong conclusion and disclosed the wrong name, which police later confirmed as officer Darren Wilson.
