New Jersey Teen Kills Best Friend in Crash, Pleads Guilty to Vehicular Homicide

A New Jersey man, who was involved in a car crash on February 8, 2013, has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and driving under the influence as his passenger was killed during the fatal crash.
