Boko Haram Leader Declares ‘Islamic Caliphate’ In Nigerian Town

Nigerian Islamist group Boko Haram declared an “Islamic caliphate” in Gwoza, a town located in the northeastern part of the country, based on a video the group’s leader released on Sunday.
