China Golden Week: Travel and Tourism Skyrocket as China Celebrates National Day

The People's Republic of China will see nearly 600 million Chinese tourists making trips across the country, as the country celebrates its 67th National Day. Popularly called the "Golden Week", the days following the celebration saw tourists flocking to local tourist spots or flying overseas, starting Saturday.
