The president of the world superpower, Xi Jinping, has sworn to beef up China's fight against the evil jihadists just days after the Paris massacre. He made the promise during a phone call with Francois Hollande, the French leader yesterday. In Paris, on Friday night, ISIS brutally murdered at least 129 people with a number of Chinese nationals feared dead. According to Daily Star, a Foreign Ministry spokesman said that terrorist acts are common challenges facing humanity, this hinted that the Asian nation could attack the militants.

A Shanghai artist faces up to five years in jail if he is found guilty of "creating a disturbance" for posting a photo online which depicts the comically altered face of Chinese President Xi Jinping, according to The Independent.
