With the rising number of reports involving rowdy Chinese tourists and airline passengers, the Chinese government announced that it will blacklist misbehaving airline passengers.

What started as a fun-filled tour in the southern province of Phang Nga in Thailand ended up disastrous when the bus boarded by 18 Chinese tourists rolled over, injuring all those onboard, the official Xinhua news agency has reported.

To prevent further embarrassment and taintin of China's image, the Chinese government is planning to implement a "blacklist" of Chinese tourists who behave inappropriately abroad.
