Florida State Quarterback Jameis Winston will miss the first half of FSU's Saturday game with No. 22 ranked Clemson due to his shouting a vulgar comment relating to having sex with women while standing on top of a table at a student dining hall Tuesday. The practice of shouting the comment in public places or on live TV broadcasts has become a kind of fad recently.
