An Egyptian court ordered on Monday the release of 26 men who were arrested during a raid on a Cairo bath house where gay "orgies" were supposedly held.

Even if Egypt's laws do not technically consider homosexuality illegal in the Middle Easter country, its police force continue to crack down on gay men, similar to what is happening in homophobic Russia.
