German Cop Chops Body Only After Victim's Suicide, Defense Lawyer Says
Mitch de Leon | | Aug 23, 2014 02:39 AM EDT |
A German police officer suspected of murdering a willing victim he became acquainted with over the Internet went to trial on Friday. Authorities claim that the suspect and the deceased met on a cannibalism fetishist's website, in which both purportedly agreed to create a home-made macabre pornographic video. The suspect was arrested in November 2013 after a police search of his garden, in which investigators found the buried chopped-up body of the victim. Local media sources reveal that authorities are yet to locate the genitals of the deceased. Despite the overwhelming evidence, however, the accused stands firm on his stand that he did not murder the victim.
