Savari, SAIC Motor Team Up to Bring V2X Sensor Technology to China

US sensor maker Savari Inc announced on Tuesday that it has inked a deal with Chinese car maker SAIC Motor Corp. Ltd. to manufacture and distribute Savari's V2X communications solutions in China and other markets in Southeast Asia.

Chinese search engine giant Baidu Inc. recently unveiled plans to launch a trial area for autonomous vehicles in the city of Wuhu located in the southeastern province of Anhui, China.
