Guangzhou R&F FC forward Eran Zahavi was appointed as Israel’s “Ambassador for Peace in Sport” on Sunday by former president Shimon Peres in a ceremony held in Jaffa. The event was graced by China’s ambassador to Israel, Zhan Yongxin.
