Citing a lack of willingness to pursue the indicted parties, on Friday the International Criminal Court's prosecutor she had shelved an investigation into war crimes in Sudan's Darfur region.

The International Criminal Court announced on Thursday that war crimes committed by Israeli Defense Forces when they laid siege to a flotilla boat headed to Gaza in 2010 were not grave enough for a prosecution.
