China And Russia Sign Preliminary Gas Supply Deal

China and Russia's relations soars to a new high, after the two countries signed a preliminary gas supply agreement that will cut Russia's reliance on Europe for buyers. The deal will guarantee one-fifth of the gas supplies China will need until the end of the decade.

Russia and Hungary have agreed to extend the gas supply contract between the 2 countries. Hungary also says Russia's big role in EU's economy cannot be brushed aside.
