An explosion damaged the Hyatt Regency London on Friday, injuring at least 14 people. The five-star hotel at Portman Square in Marylebone was evacuated after the blast at 11:40 p.m.

Residents from southern Taiwanese city of Kaohsiung were allowed to return into their homes on Friday following the powerful gas explosions in the area that killed 26 people and injured 267 others overnight.
