Monsanto Declines Bayer's $62 Billion Takeover Offer, Says it was too low

Monsanto Co. has declined on Tuesday Germany's Bayer's $62 billion takeover offer; however, the biotech seed giant said it is open for further negotiations, which Bayer sees as an encouraging response.
