Comedian Kathy Griffin is set to replace the late Joan Rivers on "Fashion Police" and, will be working alongside the show's current co-hosts Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne, as well as the show's producer and Rivers' daughter, Melissa. There has been no word whether or not co-host George Kotsiopoulos will be rejoining the panel of fashion critics.
