Google India-born CEO Sundar Pichai unveiled on Wednesday in an interaction with ET’s Surabhi Agarwal and TV Mahalingamthe about the real need of $30 smartphone in emerging market like India.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai has announced that the company is bumping up it;s expansion plans in India. The company plans to hire more engineers and expand its existing facilities in India. On top of that, Google plans to open a "huge" campus in Hyderabad as well as expand its research and development facility located in Bangalore.
