He made the promise during a phone call with Francois Hollande, the French leader yesterday. In Paris, on Friday night, ISIS brutally murdered at least 129 people with a number of Chinese nationals feared dead. According to Daily Star, a Foreign Ministry spokesman said that terrorist acts are common challenges facing humanity, this hinted that the Asian nation could attack the militants.
