China is in North America? Read What U.S. Vice President Biden Told Harvard Students

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden is getting more "gaffe-tastic" by the day. In a speech before students at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, he clumped China, together with Mexico and Canada, as part of North America that will account for much of the growth in global energy supply in the future.
