Chinese Internet giant Tencent has topped $200 billion in market capitalization for the first time, surpassing entrenched U.S. tech companies Amazon, IBM and Oracle in size.

Forbes has named Alibaba Chairman and CEO Jack Ma as the richest man in China, topping the magazine's rich list for China for the first time with an estimated net worth of $19.5 billion.
