Camels Confirmed As a Source of MERS Virus

Camels have been confirmed to be "reservoirs" of the MERS virus and can subsequently infect humans, a new study says.

Officials at the Community Hospital in Munster announced that the first American to be diagnosed with the controversial Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) virus is now in good health and has been discharged from the hospital.

25 New MERS Cases Reported in Saudi Arabia; Death Stands at 109

Saudia Arabia's Health Ministry on Saturday said it has found 25 cases of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) with two fatalities within two days, bringing the total death toll to 109 and the total number of cases to 396.
