Republican presidential aspirant Donald Trump said in a statement earlier this week that a Mexican or a Muslim judge taking over his University case should not be permitted as judges with such races or religious affiliation will be biased. Now, the GOP presumptive nominee has said his comments were "misconstrued."

Donald Trump is in the midst of a legal battle over his now-defunct Trump University and in his latest comments, the GOP presumptive nominee said that he felt a Muslim or Mexican judge handling the case might not give a fair verdict as they could be biased.
