The next phase of the search for the ill-fated Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 has begun using a highly-advanced sonar mapping technology called GO Phoenix. The Australian government, in conjunction with Malaysian authorities, started sweeping Southern Indian Ocean near the so-called "seventh arc" in hopes to find debris of the plane.

British sailing enthusiast Katherine Tee came forward Wednesday to say that she may have spotted the missing Malaysian Airlines jet MH370 back in March. Tee reportedly saw a plane on fire trailing black smoke one night as she was sailing en-route to Phuket.
Malaysian Insurers Paid US $4.3 Million to Families of MH370 Passengers

A total of 14.2 million Malaysian ringgit, or around US $4.3 million, in compensation payouts have been paid to the families of the insured passengers of the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 plane, the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM) said.
