China Bans Export of 'Dual-use' Goods to North Korea

China's Commerce Ministry on Tuesday released a list of 'dual-use' goods that have been banned from being exported to North Korea. The ban is in compliance with the United Nations (UN) sanctions imposed on Pyongyang in March.
