Michigan Police Officer Gives Struggling Mom Child Car Seat Instead of Ticket

A struggling young mother was expecting to get a ticket when a Michigan police officer pulled her over and told her she was violating the law because her 5-year-old child didn't have a booster seat. But instead, the officer took them to a Walmart nearby, and spent US$55 to buy mother-and-child a booster seat!
