Japan Vows Not To Forgive ISIS

Japan, being a pacifist country, has not always directly involved itself in battling with terrorists but Prime Minister Shinzo Abe recently released a statement vowing to never forgive the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) militants for beheading freelance journalist Kenji Goto.
