France Bans Buying Sex

French lawmakers have voted in favour of a law that makes it illegal to pay for sex and imposes fines of up to $4,270 on the clients of prostitutes. Under the new law, clients caught paying prostitutes for sex will be fined $1,706. The bill will also overturn a 2003 law that made it illegal for prostitutes to solicit for sex.

If drugs continue to flow from Latin American nations to the U.S., blame it on some Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents stationed in the continent who apparently are conniving with drug lords in exchange for sex parties with prostitutes supplied to the agents.
Four Prostitutes Withdraw Charges Against Dominique Strauss-Kahn

Four prostitutes involved in the trial against Dominique Strauss-Kahn dropped their charges against him last Monday. Their reason for abandoning the case was that it would be too hard to prove the pimping charge against the former head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
