Chinese Manufacturer Haier to Acquire GE Appliance Business for $5.4 Billion

Chinese electronic manufacturer Haier Group is set to acquire General Electronic's Appliance Business for $5.4 Billion. Both companies on Friday released an official statement to announce the acquisition.
