China and South Korea Sign Free Trade Agreement to Remove 90 Percent Tariffs in 20 Years

China and South Korea finally signed a bilateral Free Trade Agreement on Monday that will gradually remove more than 90 percent tariffs on selected imported goods in 20 years.
