ISIS Military Capabilities Down by 20 Percent Due to Jordan and U.S. Airstrikes

Due to coalition air strikes led by the United States in September, the military capabilities of The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) took a huge hit. General Mansour Al-Jbour, head of the Royal Jordanian Air Force, stated that at least 20 percent of its capabilities.
