South Korea to Pump $20 Billion in Economy Hard Hit by MERS

South Korea has announced this Friday, July 3 its plans to pump at least $20 billion in its economy which has suffered due to the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) virus.

South Korea's finance ministry announced on Thursday that it will release 15 trillion Won (roughly $13.5 billion) to counteract the adverse effect on the economy brought by the MERS virus in the country, Wall Street Journal reported.
