Man Convicted of 1996 Crime For Which Another Man Was Wrongfully Executed

A man has been charged and convicted on Monday as according to Xinhua News Agency, a court in Inner Mongolia has found Zhao Zhihong guilty of raping and killing a woman back in 1996 but another man was executed back then for the said crime.
