ISIS' US$200M Ransom Demand May Be Sign Of Financial Woes

The militants from the extremist group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has demanded a US$200M ransom from Japan for the two Japanese hostages and experts are saying that this has revealed the desperation of the group in terms of financial crisis.
