Two Chinese firms accused of conspiring to increase the prices and lower supply of Vitamin C outside China won dismissal of a $147 million antitrust verdict after a federal court ruled that they they were acting under China's law.

A study done by scientists from Weill Cornell Medical College reveals that vitamin C injected intravenously killed and stopped the growth of colorectal cancer cells in mice, giving potential hope that the said treatment can be used in human cancer patients in the future.
