The furor over the Ferguson shooting of an unarmed black teen by a white officer has barely died down, yet the incident was repeated again in South Carolina. The incident, which could have been hidden were it not for a video clip offered by a witness as proof, would likely stoke another anti-police sentiment across the U.S. and lead to violent wave of protests.
