Grandfather of Boy Who Fell From Van Criticized, Family Receives Donations

The 30-second video showed a two-year-old boy fall from the back of a minivan on the morning of February 27. The vehicle continued to accelerate while the child immediately got up and started chasing the van. A concerned citizen went out of her car and carried the boy to the minivan's driver.
