China Says It Disapproves Yemen’s New Government Led by Houthi Rebel Group

China on Friday said that it disapproves of formation of new government in Yemen by the Houthi 's rebel group. The disapproval in a way reaffirms Beijing's support to the exiled President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi, who is been backed by the Saudi royal family.

While Saudi Arabia said it would change the focus of their military campaign in Yemen to humanitarian assistance and political negotiation, jets from the coalition led by Saudi resumed their air strikes in Sanaa and other Yemeni provinces on Sunday.
