The Cubot Manito is rumored to have a 5-inch display. Powering the smartphone is the MediaTek MT6737 chipset with a quad-core processor, 3GB of memory, and 16GB of storage space which can be further expanded to 256GB.
The Cubot Manito is rumored to sport a 13-megapixel rear facing camera and a 5-megapixel front facing shooter for selfie shots, according to Giz China. The Manito is believed to have a 2350mAh battery, which is quite on the downside when compared to current smartphone models. On the other hand, MediaTek chipsets support fast charging, which should be able to compensate for this low powered battery pack.
Based on leaked photographs, the Cubot Manito would be available in three color variants: black, gold and white. The launch date of this smartphone is still unknown, although there are speculations that Cubot is planning to release it before the end of September.
