Upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5s Smartphone Spotted on AnTuTu

Earlier this week, the highly anticipated Xiaomi phone - the Xiaomi Mi 5s smartphone - appeared on the online benchmarking website, Antutu. The specifications of the upcoming device were revealed in the listing ahead of its launch in China on Sept. 27.
The upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5s smartphone has an impressive Antutu benchmark score of 164,002. This score is higher than those of some popular devices on the market today such as the OnePlus 3, Lenovo ZUK Z2 Pro, and HTC 10.

The Xiaomi Mi 5s smartphone features a 5.15-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display screen with Force Touch features, similar to 3D Touch on the popular Apple iPhone 6s and above iPhones devices. Under the hood, the device is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 processor clocked at a speed of 2.4GHz paired with the Adreno 530 GPU for graphics.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s is equipped with a massive 6GB of RAM onboard. The device is also expected to boast of a 256GB (UFS 2.0) onboard storage option. The Mi 5s sports a 16-megapixel rear camera that supports aperture f/1.9 with PDAF and 4-axis optical image stabilization (OIS). It is fueled by a 3,490 mAh capacity inside.
The smartphone is also expected to run on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system out of the box along with Xiaomi's customized MIUI 8 user interface. Other features of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5s include Bluetooth, USB Type-C port, NFC, GPS, and Wi-Fi 802.11. Rumors also suggest that the new Mi 5s will feature Qualcomm's ultrasonic Sense ID fingerprint scanner.
