Oppo R9S Smartphone Gets TENAA Certification

Oppo's upcoming device, the R9S smartphone, has received a TENAA certification.
Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has been spotted in China's telecommunication certification authority or commonly known as TENAA certification.
The Oppo R9S hnadheld has been certified by the website and it is expected to hit the Chinese market this month. TENAA certification also revealed some of the features and specifications of this upcoming device.

Based on the TENAA listing, the Oppo R9S smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels resolution) IPS LCD display screen with a pixel density rating of 441ppi, while its display panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor along with an Adreno 506 graphics processing unit and comes in two memory models: the 3GB of RAM with a built-in 32GB ROM variant ; and the 4GB of RAM with 64GB internal memory. Both of these Oppo R9S models' memory are expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.
It is expected to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, along with Oppo's latest Color OS user interface.
The Oppo R9S smartphone sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with dual LED flash and a 16-megapixel front shooter capable of video recordings up to 2160 pixels at 30 frames per second. The device is fueled by a non-removable 2,850 mAh Li-Po battery with the support of Oppo's very own Super VOOC flash charge functionality for quick charging.
Meanwhile, there is no word yet on the availability of the Oppo R9S smartphone in the market.
