(Photo : YouTube) Rockstar could release a new 'Red Dead Redemption' game before the end of the year.
Prolific video game company Rockstar Games recently teased the gaming community with an announcement that may have direct connection to an upcoming sequel to one of its most successful titles, "Red Dead Redemption."
Rumors about the possibility of a new "Red Dead Redemption" game surfaced after Rockstar Games changed the company's Twitter, Facebook, and official website logo to a new one dominated by the color read. The studio's official logo before the change, sports a traditional black background with traces of yellow and white.

It is important to note that the color red, aside from being included in the "Red Dead Redemption" title, plays a key component in the game's overall aesthetics. The color red was used prominently in the game's promotional artwork and loading screens.
It is still unknown whether Rockstar Games is planning to release a new "Read Dead Redemption" game with a completely new story, or the company is just trying to tease the gaming community with a re-worked version of the classic title.
In April, an image believed to be that of a map for a new "Red Dead Redemption" game surfaced on several blogsites and gaming forums, according to GameSpot. At that time, a source close to the development team of the new game confirmed that the image is "a very recent art direction map." The leaked image added more to the speculation that a new game is indeed under development and could hit the shelves before the end of the year.
The original "Red Dead Redemption" title was released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles in May 2010.
