The build  official Ubuntu 16.04 support for all new Bash on Ubuntu instances. Windows and WSL integration was also upgraded and improved.

Just like previous Insider builds, build 14951 also includes a handful of bug fixes. Among these are the fix for bugcheck bluescreen event experienced by users of Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book devices.

While there is a handful of bug fixes for the desktop platform, none was listed for mobile users who have been complaining about getting stuck on the logo screen during the boot sequence. Microsoft said it will address the issue on a later build release of Windows 10 Redstone 2.
