Emma Stone gave the most perfect answer to the age-old red carpet question, "What are you wearing?" at the recently concluded 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards.
The hilarious actress, who later won her first Golden Globe, was walking the red carpet when Ryan Seacrest asked her, "Tell me about your dress this evening."

Stone replied philosophically, "Well, it's pink and there are stars on it."
To be fair, her response was correct considering she was asked "tell me about your dress" instead of "what/who are you wearing." Then again, we wouldn't be surprised if she answered, "A gorgeous, pink dress with stars on it" for the latter.
But for those who are interested, her sparkling beige-pink dress with silver star embellishments and a flowy skirt was a custom-made Valentino creation. It was partnered with a Valentino clutch and shoes by Jimmy Choo. She completed her look with an equally dazzling drop choker and $10,500 platinum diamond stud earrings from Tiffany and Co.
Her red carpet moment was a great and notable win despite suffering an embarrassing and awkward double hug "fail" later in the awards show while supporting her La La Land director, Damien Chazelle, in his Golden Globe win for Best Original Screenplay.
She was definitely one of the most reported actresses that night after also giving a funny reaction to her ex-boyfriend Andrew Garfield kissing Ryan Reynolds in the audience after the latter lost to Stone's co-star Ryan Gosling for Best Actor.
