ASUS has announced that the Aqua Blue variant of the ASUS ZenFone 3 smartphone is now available for purchase in the market for both models of the device. It was notable that the device was initially launched in three color variants including Sapphire Black, Moonlight White, and Shimmer Gold.

This information was announced and confirmed on the company's official Twitter account. ASUS posted a tweet saying, "Keep calm and stay Zen. #ZenFone 3 now available in aqua blue!" This additional color is available for both the ZE520KL and ZE552KL models of the smartphone.

As for the specification, the ASUS ZenFone 3 ZE520KL smartphone features a 5.2-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display screen with a 2.5D Gorilla Glass, which is smaller than the 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) panel used on the ZE552KL model. Both of these models are powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor, which is paired with either of 3GB or 4GB of RAM onboard. It comes equipped with a massive 64GB of internal memory storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB via a dedicated microSD card slot.

On the photography side, the ASUS ZenFone 3 sports a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera with 4-axis OIS, f/2.0 aperture, and dual-tone LED flash. Interestingly, the camera of the device supports 4K video recording and 3-axis EIS. On the front is an 8-megapixel snapper with f/2.0 aperture support.

The ASUS ZenFone 3 smartphone runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system out of the box, which is paired with ASUS latest customized user interface laid on top. The firmware of the device will also expect an update soon to Android v7.0 (Nougat). Fueling inside the phone is a 2,650mAh capacity battery.
