A newly single Khloe Kardashian has hit the gym to lose some weight, posting a photo of herself donning cornrows, captioning it "Monday with @gunnarfitness!!! I am determined to get my pre-hamptons, pre- sympathy kourtney pregnancy weight off. Nothing good comes easy. Why do I blame Kourt though?!? Lol."

Her sister Kourtney is currently pregnant with her third child.

While Kardashian is currently going to the gym for self-improvement, her former boyfriend's ex-lover has been very public about her disdain for the reality star.

Rapper Trina, French Montana's former live-in partner, has just released a song entitled "F*** Love" wherein she makes comments about how Montana had played her for a fool. She also aims at Kardashian in the said song, rapping, "You can keep that purse, you can keep that whip, you can have that b****." 

However, friends of Montana said Trina should keep her mouth shut about Montana and Kardashian, adding that Trina is a hypocrite and a homewrecker. They said when she started a relationship with Montana, the latter was still married.

While Montana is said to harbor no bad feelings for his former lover, his pals say that Trina's new song should be entitled "Karma" instead, and that she is only using Montana and Kardashian to help her career.

Montana and Kardashian broke up after dating for eight months, apparently because Kardashian felt that Montana was getting too clingy and serious while she was still getting over her marriage and former husband, athlete Lamar Odom.

Some believe that her recent cryptic tweets about love and life were about Montana, although she was quick to say that she was better than that.

In one supposed cryptic tweet, Kardashian posted, ''Be grateful for what you have and stop complaining - it bores everybody else, does you no good, and doesn't solve any problems.'' Amen (sic)''
