Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X Smartphone set to be Launched in China on Feb. 8

Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi officially confirmed that its upcoming device dubbed as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X is set to be launched in China on Feb. 8. This information was announced on the company's official Weibo account.
As per the teaser released on Xiaomi's official Weibo account, the upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD display screen with 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the device is expected to be powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 SoC processor, though other countries including in India may see launch of a Snapdragon 653 SoC model.

Leaked information suggests that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X will be available in 2GB of RAM, 3GB of RAM, and 4GB of RAM variants. Inbuilt storages include 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB, which are expandable up to 32GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. It was also revealed that the Xiaomi device may sport a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X smartphone is likely to run on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system out of the box coupled with Xiaomi's latest customized user interface. Fueling the device is a 4,000 mAh capacity battery. A fingerprint sensor is also equipped with the back panel of the device.
Dimensions of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X are expected to be at 151 mm x76.3 mm x 8.54 mm, which is slightly wider and thicker than the Redmi Note 4 (151 mm x 76 mm x 8.3 mm). It weighs around at 176.54 grams, which is slightly heavier compared to the Redmi Note 4's 175-gram weight.
